Yes of course you can get samples. You can send us via email the products in which you are interested and afterwards we will contact you to let you know which ones are available in stock for immediate delivery and for those items which we do not have in stock we can order them for you.
All of our products are produced with a manufacturer’s guarantee with a minimum of 2 years. For some of our products such as Steelite crockery, we offer a lifetime guarantee on edge chipping.
You can pay for your order either with a deposit in our company’s bank account or with a cheque. At the moment, we do not accept VISA payments.
Yes, we usually need a prepayment for your order in order to be able to proceed with it.
In special cases, we may provide credit facility to eligible entities.
For items for which we keep stock, the delivery time is usually arranged within 1 week from order approval. For urgent orders, delivery can be arranged within the same day. However, for orders for which the products included are not in our current stock, delivery is arranged within 3-6 weeks from order approval.
