Our company is the gold sponsor of this two-day training event.  “Liquid Gastronomy – From Theory to Practice”, which be held on the premises of Mitsios Trading Ltd in Nicosia, on the 20th and 21st of March 2023. It will be presented by Mr. Dimitris Kontaratos, the Food Technologist and Executive Chef of the gastronomic restaurant “Five Senses” of the Lindos Blu Hotel and also of the well-known Athens bar “Baba Au Rum”, which is among the 50 best cocktail bars in the world.

The unconventional training program aims to guide chefs, bartenders, supervisors, and business owners of the food industry to use the techniques of Modern Gastronomy and Bartending efficiently and creatively to create inventive recipes with liquids. The guest bartender, Mr. Panayiotis Angelou will be able to teach participants how to experiment with special flavors, textures, garnishes, and serving utensils to create imaginatively and inspired conceptual menus. By the end of the two-day seminar, the participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance, signed by chef Dimitris Kontaratos, as well as a detailed booklet with all theories, concepts, and recipes.
